About the Job:
Responsibilities:
- Improve how we manage inventory in our supply chain.
- Help the logistics team get better at delivering products on time to stores.
- Reduce the time stock spends in transit from our warehouse to the store to less than 15 days.
- Make our supply chain more reliable.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain clean and efficient accounts with transporters.
- Cut down costs in the supply chain.
- Ensure transport and customer claims are handled efficiently.
- Achieve a 95% performance rate for retail transport in the top 10 cities, with team support.
- Ensure timely delivery across India within 5 days.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate or higher.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail, textiles, apparel, FMCG, or logistics.
