Job Scope
As a Customer Service Representative at Doveworth Limited, you will be responsible for answering client questions, solving problems, and providing information about our services. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met quickly and efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Quickly answer customer questions by phone, email, or in person.
- Provide Service Information: Give detailed information about Doveworth Limited’s services, products, and projects.
- Assist with Orders: Help customers place, change, or cancel orders.
- Resolve Complaints: Investigate and solve customer problems to make sure they are happy with the service.
- Keep Accurate Records: Track all customer interactions and transactions carefully.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to solve customer issues quickly.
- Follow Up with Customers: Contact customers after their issue is resolved to ensure they are satisfied.
- Identify Improvements: Look for ways to improve our customer service processes.
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and company updates to provide accurate information to clients.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communication is a plus.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in construction or engineering.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent speaking and writing skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to find solutions to problems quickly and accurately.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel.
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage several tasks at once.
